TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These rules determine the procedure for working with the Loyalty Program.

2. The organizer of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Program) is Umanpyvo LLC.

3. «Program Participant»/ «Participant» - a natural person in whose name the card is registered in the trading system of the Program of the Organizer, who has reached the age of 18 years, who is a consumer within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine «On consumer protection» and who has given his/her consent to participate in the Program in electronic form during the registration and there are no restrictions on such participation, has unambiguously agreed and joined the Program Rules.

4. Discount Card - A card that stores information about the purchases accumulated by the Cardholder. Hereinafter referred to as the Discount Card.

5. To become a member of the Program, you must register your mobile phone number:

in the store while making a purchase,
by joining a chatbot in Viber or Telegram from external resources.

6. All program participants receive a discount for purchases in the network of stores of the format «Umanpyvo» LLC owned by the organizer.

7. «Umanpyvo» LLC reserves the right to change the conditions of participation, about which the participants will be informed in advance in the Viber or Telegram chatbot.

8. By providing his/her personal data during the registration process, the participant of the program agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by «Umanpyvo» LLC for the purposes and within the limits of fulfilling the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Personal Data».

9. The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the actions of third parties. Unauthorized use of the Card by third parties is the sole responsibility of the Participant in possession of the Card. The Organizer is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the Card.

10. The Organizer has the right to suspend, terminate or change the terms and conditions of the Program without any consequences for itself. In case of the Program's termination, the amount of the discount received by the Program Member shall become invalid within 1 day after the notification of the Program's termination.

11. The Participant may voluntarily terminate participation in the Program by leaving the chatbot in Viber or Telegram. The Participant may rejoin the Program.

2. RULES FOR GRANTING DISCOUNTS

2.1. A discount is granted upon registration via the chatbot, subject to the following conditions:

if the total value of the discount card holder’s purchases (including the first purchase) exceeds 5,000 UAH, a 3% discount is granted on subsequent purchases;
if the total value of the discount card holder’s purchases (including the first purchase) exceeds 10,000 UAH, a 5% discount is granted on subsequent purchases;
if the total value of the discount card holder’s purchases (including the first purchase) exceeds 20,000 UAH, a 10% discount is granted on subsequent purchases.

2.2. For all purchases (including the first one) the buyer, the holder of the discount card, presents it to the seller.

2.3. LLC «Umanpyvo» reserves the right to block personal accounts for which suspicious activity occurs, as well as to set the validity period of the personal offer.
