Why is Waissburg an exclusive German beer?

1. Unique recipes "Waissburg" were developed by a brewing expert, German Sandra Thormann from the dynasty of Bavarian brewers.

2. The brewery is equipped with modern German equipment. And the wort is cooked according to the system of gentle boiling of wort with hops (patented development of the German company Apparatebau Nordhausen GmbH)
3. We brew beer according to the Bavarian Beer Purity Act (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516. In the composition of WATER, MALT and HOPS.
4. We do not use any substitutes that destroy the authenticity of beer (including barley, which is an unsweetened substitute for malt, maltose molasses, malt extract, corn and corn flour, rice, unsweetened wheat, sugar, etc.).
5. We cooperate with the German Academy of Brewing "Doemens". Our brewery is regularly visited by German brewing experts, who together with our brewers conduct audits, improve recipes and technological processes of beer production.
6. Each type of beer "Waissburg" has its own secret race of yeast, which are specially cultivated by specialists of the German yeast bank "Weihenstephan".
7. The Umanpivo team annually visits the European Specialized Exhibition of Production and Packaging Technologies BRAU Beviale in Nuremberg and the DrinkTec Exhibition in Munich.
