Description

This is a light unfiltered wheat beer of the upper fermentation. The beer is a milk-yellow color. Waissburg Blanche has a complicated and rich scent of malt and spices in combination with fruit notes. The taste is a little bit sweet, malt with a spicy accent of orange and coriander. This unique and sophisticated beer is produced of barley malt (Pilsner type) in combination with more than 50% wheat malt and in addition of hop with citrus flavor.
