Uman beer is an exceptionally natural product, made according to old Ukrainian and German recipes.
No chemistry was used with beverage production: no dyes, no stabilizers, no preservatives. In order brewing masters and consumers are to be sure of the good taste properties of ingredients and of the absence of GMOs, Uman Brewery cultivates on own fields brewing barley and produces malt from it. Artesian water is only used and only the best hops. All ingredients are being brewing, fermenting and get to required condition on German equipment.
Uman beer meets highest quality standards adopted in Germany. A brewer from this country regularly visits the plant and monitors the correctness of the technological process.
For many years, we also produce natural lemonade. Thanks to the traditional ingredients, the drink has the same taste as the good old Soviet lemonade.
